Employee motivation is defined as the level of energy, commitment, persistence and creativity that a company&#8217;s workers bring to their jobs. In general, better employee motivation leads to better engagement and productivity.<\/p><p>We have a lack of skilled and talented workers on the labor market. Therefore, the companies must make efforts to motivate and retain their employee\u2019s talents. This module will raise awareness for the topic \u201cMotivation\u201d of employees. A new generation often called \u2018Gen Z\u2019 is entering the full-time workforce.
