Die Ergebnisse dieses Berichts liefern die Grundlage  f\u00fcr die weiteren Produkte\/ Ergebnisse des Projekts Talent 4.0  &#8211; die Toolbox und das Talent-Trainingsprogramm.<\/p>\n<p>Die Umfrage zum Thema Talent Management wurde online durchgef\u00fchrt. Sie wurde in den sieben verschiedenen europ\u00e4ischen Partnerl\u00e4ndern realisiert.
