Mediante el an\u00e1lisis de los resultados de los informes nacionales individuales, la investigaci\u00f3n documental y los hallazgos clave, se pretend\u00eda responder a c\u00f3mo la gesti\u00f3n del talento puede funcionar como puente entre las realidades de las empresas y del sistema de EFP. Los resultados de este informe de investigaci\u00f3n sirven de base para el desarrollo de los dem\u00e1s productos intelectuales del Proyecto Talento 4.0: la caja de herramientas y el programa de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La encuesta sobre la gesti\u00f3n del talento se realiz\u00f3 en l\u00ednea a trav\u00e9s de la herramienta web &#8220;limesurvey&#8221;. Se realiz\u00f3 en siete pa\u00edses diferentes, todos ellos miembros de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.
