gesti\u00f3n del talento y las necesidades de formaci\u00f3n de las pymes <\/li>\n<li> recopila herramientas e instrumentos de gesti\u00f3n del talento disponibles para los procesos importantes de gesti\u00f3n del talento de las pymes y <\/li>\n<li> finalmente desarrolla y prueba un programa especial de capacitaci\u00f3n en Gesti\u00f3n del Talento para responsables de RRHH, propietarios de empresas y gerentes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
